Brand and Content Lead (Spanish fluency)
About this role
We are looking for a Brand and Content Lead with 5+ years of experience to own and elevate the brand strategy at a mission-driven fintech serving Hispanic immigrants in the US.
This is a first-time hire and the company's #1 priority — you'll join a Series A startup growing 20%+ month over month with a Series B raise on the horizon.
You'll be a hands-on player-coach, leading creative execution while shaping the brand narrative across all channels.
What will you be doing?
Own the entire brand strategy end-to-end — from defining the narrative to executing campaigns across social, paid, email, web, and OOH
Work closely with the Head of Growth and founders to make brand awareness the company's top growth lever over the next 6-12 months
Manage a small team of full-time and fractional talent, plus external agencies and vendors, while staying hands-on with creative output
Review and ensure quality of all Spanish-language content, maintaining cultural authenticity for the Latin American immigrant audience
Build and own brand health measurement systems that tie creative work to real business metrics and guide investment decisions
