Enterprise Platform Engineer
About this role
Composio is building the foundational platform that enables AI agents to perform meaningful work across over 1000 production-grade applications. In this founding Enterprise Platform Engineer role, you will architect and deliver the critical infrastructure that allows enterprises to deploy and manage AI agents at scale, transforming how businesses operate. Your work will define the governance, security, and extensibility primitives required for mission-critical, enterprise-wide automation.
What youll do
- Define governance, observability, and control planes for enterprise AI agent ecosystems.
- Build a secure, reliable integration gateway connecting AI agents to external systems and APIs.
- Develop platform primitives like multi-tenancy, isolation, and extensibility for massive enterprise scale.
- Architect the platform with first-class deployment flexibility, security, and compliance capabilities.
- Transform enterprise onboarding into a repeatable, self-serve product experience.
What Composio is looking for
- Experience building platforms at genuine scale, handling high complexity across diverse customer types and deployment models.
- Strong ability to think in abstractions and primitives, designing foundational models rather than solving problems individually.
- Proven track record of shipping enterprise product capabilities, including deployment flexibility, security, and admin tooling.
- Deep interest and hands-on experience with AI products, agent architectures, or related technologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing systems where abstractions are the core product.
- Understanding of enterprise-grade requirements gained from experience within large organizations.
- Ability to build fast and make tradeoffs while maintaining high architectural standards.
