ABOUT THE POSITION

As Brand & Product Designer, you will be the connective tissue between how the world perceives Tavus and how they experience it. Reporting to the Head of Design, you’ll join our design team to lead our marketing-facing visual identity while maintaining a strategic footprint within the product itself.

We aren't looking for a production artist. We’re looking for a holistic thinker who understands that a user’s journey doesn't start at the login screen; it starts with the first frame of a video or the first pixel of a landing page. You will spend roughly 80% of your time pushing the boundaries of our brand: crafting high-fidelity web experiences, cinematic marketing assets, and narrative-driven campaigns. The remaining 20% will be spent embedded within the product team, ensuring our design system is fluid and cohesive from first impressions through the user lifecycle.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Champion the Brand: Lovingly and relentlessly evolve the soul and spirit of Tavus across our website, social presence, and sales collateral. You’ll ensure our identity feels as bold, cinematic, and innovative as the bleeding-edge AI technology we build.

Bridge the gap: Act as the ethos bridge between Marketing and Product. You’ll ensure visual fluency and a seamless design language that carries the user’s experience from their first ad-click to their 100th persona deployment.

Iterate on growth: Use your product mindset to optimize high-traffic marketing surfaces. You’ll drive conversion not just through "hacks," but through world-class design, crisp storytelling, and a deep understanding of the user’s psychological journey, from prospect to power-user.

Embed within Product: Spend ~20% of your time integrated with the product team. You’ll contribute to our design system and take ownership of high-visibility product moments – onboarding flows, empty states, etc – that require an extra layer of brand magic and visual polish.

Set the standard: Continually push the ceiling for what quality looks like at Tavus. You’ll move fast to ship campaigns while maintaining an impeccable bar for IA, messaging logic, and typography. You aren't just making assets. You are defining Tavus’ identity.
