We’re looking for a detail-oriented, patient-focused individual to join our team as an Optometric Technician I. Competitive salary - starting $19-$20/hour with full benefits including PTO, paid holidays, insurance, 401k + match & so much more!

Amazing schedule - no weekends or evening hours! Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support optometrists by performing pre-screening tests and assisting with exams
• Collect patient medical histories and explain vision benefits clearly and confidently
• Train patients on contact lens use and care
• Verify insurance, schedule appointments, and keep communication flowing smoothly
• Help coordinate patient flow and contribute to a seamless, high-quality experience
• Collaborate with your team to meet goals and deliver exceptional care

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of customer service experience (optometric or medical experience is a plus!)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced setting
• A team player with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting patient information
• Flexibility and a proactive attitude toward supporting team success
