Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
- Supervise and coordinate team members during shifts
- Provide direction, coaching, and ongoing feedback
- Train staff on job duties, food safety, and company procedures
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new employees
Operations Management
- Ensure all products meet quality and presentation standards
- Maintain proper stock levels and assist with inventory control
- Follow and enforce company policies (cash handling, food safety, scheduling)
- Complete daily reports, waste logs, and shift documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Customer Service
- Deliver and model exceptional guest experience
- Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain a friendly, fast-paced service environment
Health & Safety
- Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace safety standards
- Report hazards, incidents, or equipment issues immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurant
- Leadership or supervisory experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Food Safety Certification (preferred or required)
