These roles are all on-site positions. * **Bookkeeper:** The Bookkeeper will be responsible for day-to-day financial processing across the TreasuryONE Group and related entities. Key responsibilities include managing cashbooks and bank management, payments, creditor management, foreign payments and reporting, month-end close, statutory and compliance support, group and entity accounting, and administrative and ad hoc finance support. The role requires a minimum of three years’ relevant bookkeeping experience and a Certificate in Bookkeeping or equivalent qualification. Strong working knowledge of Xero is essential. * **Accountant:** The Accountant position reports directly to the CFO and focuses on managing core accounting tasks. This role centers on debtor management, cashbook maintenance, month-end processes, reconciliations, compliance, and financial reporting. Qualifications include a BCom in Accounting (or equivalent) with 3+ years' experience. Experience with Xero and Pastel is preferred. * **Junior Accountant:** The Junior Accountant will support core accounting processes across the group, contributing to accurate financial records. Key responsibilities include supporting the full debtor cycle, assisting with VAT reconciliations and revenue account maintenance in Xero, maintaining daily cashbooks and performing regular reconciliations, updating and managing the fixed asset register, assisting with VAT returns and statutory documentation, supporting month-end close processes and audit preparation, and assisting with budgeting and financial reporting tasks. The position requires a BCom in Accounting or equivalent qualification with approximately three years’ accounting experience.
