The ability to interact tactfully with department managers and organizational leaders is also required. * **Chief Financial Officer (CFO):** The CFO will be a strategic partner to the CEO and oversee all financial operations, providing leadership to the finance team. The CFO will contribute to the strategic direction of the company. A successful candidate should have strategic acumen, leadership experience, stakeholder engagement skills, financial management proficiency, and communication skills. They must have a CPA and at least 5 years of financial leadership experience. An MBA and long-term or post-acute care experience is preferred.
