About this role
Position Overview
The Accountant is responsible for providing financial support to the St Camillus Campus. This includes preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger and assisting with audit preparations. The Accountant will also work closely with other members of the finance team to ensure that the facility's financial operations are efficient and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications & Job Standards
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in an accounting role, healthcare setting a plus
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven ability to work in a team based environment
- Ability to interact tactfully with department managers and organizational leaders.
