About this role

Position Overview

The Accounting & Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations and end-to-end payroll administration for the St Camillus Health System. This includes ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliant payroll processing, and strong internal controls.  The Accounting & Payroll Manager will also work closely with other members of the finance team to ensure that the facility's financial operations are efficient and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.


Qualifications & Job Standards

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field or equivalent
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting and payroll experience, healthcare setting a plus
  • CPA or CMA, preferred
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and payroll compliance requirements
  • Prior people management experience preferred
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to interact tactfully with department managers and organizational leaders.
