The following are descriptions of a selection of the open positions: * **Meat/Seafood Clerk:** This on-site role involves working with protein foods, learning a skilled craft, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include receiving, storing, and grinding meats; unloading and transporting meats and poultry; counting and weighing incoming items; examining meats; and assisting customers with questions and special orders. The position requires adhering to all procedural guidelines set by the Meat Department. Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. * **Produce Clerk:** This on-site role involves delivering the finest produce presentation and providing extraordinary customer service. Responsibilities include stocking the Produce department, ensuring tag and pricing accuracy, merchandising products, and answering customer questions. The position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule and the ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects. Team members under 18 will be restricted from certain tasks. * **In-Store Shopping Clerk:** This on-site role involves providing excellent customer service and fulfilling customer's online orders by shopping and fulfilling customer's online orders. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service by focusing on product quality and freshness and substituting potential out-of-stock items. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent. * **Bakery Manager:** This on-site role is responsible for the overall performance of the Bakery Department. Responsibilities include managing daily baking output, supervising product quality, managing inventory, and ensuring company standards for safety and sanitation are maintained. The Bakery Manager will also manage department inventory and other operational processes to Sprouts standards. * **Director of Beverage:** This on-site position is responsible for setting the multi-year strategy and financial performance for the Beverage and Beer & Wine categories. This role will lead a merchandising organization and serve as the enterprise subject matter expert for category strategy, assortment, pricing frameworks, and supplier partnerships. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. The position requires 10-12+ years of experience in management and/or as a Merchandiser, demonstrated knowledge of beverage and/or beer & wine, previous buying/negotiating experience, and strategic and financial planning skills. * **Sr. Manager, People Operations & Technology:** This on-site position will focus on identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, optimize workflows, and fully leverage technology investments to maximize impact across HR teams. The role will lead end-to-end HR process improvement initiatives and act as an internal advisor to HR functions. A Bachelor's degree is required. Workday HCM experience is required. Produce Clerks must be at least 16 years of age. In-Store Shopping Clerks must be at least 21 years of age. 2. **What are the physical requirements of a Meat/Seafood Clerk position?** Meat/Seafood Clerks must be capable of standing for up to 4 hours continuously, and a total of 8 hours per shift is a must; will walk up to 2 miles per 8 hours.
