Please note this position is based in our Phoenix, AZ Support Office. The StoreCare Coordinator II is responsible for dispatching and managing service work orders for equipment repairs at store locations, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with vendors and Store Managers. This role includes tracking unresolved issues and independently handling complex work orders and vendor relationships, as well as addressing escalations. The StoreCare Coordinator II plays a key role in maintaining service quality and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) while facilitating coordination between stores, vendors, landlords, and internal departments.
· Manage full lifecycle of work orders from dispatch to completion, including escalations.
· Act as primary point of contact for assigned stores, vendors, and regions.
· Enforce SLA compliance and follow up on overdue or stalled work orders.
· Utilize the site manager system to troubleshoot and dispatch accordingly for refrigeration, lighting, and HVAC equipment issues.
· Coordinate with landlords and contractors on warranty and lease-responsibility repairs.
· Engage Lease Administration, Construction, and Legal teams as needed when landlord/contractor compliance issues occur.
· Coordinator repairs with Risk Management on safety-related and hazard issues.
· Maintain store preventive maintenance services and ensure accurate record-keeping for location notes, trade assignments and repair responsibilities.
· Create purchase order requests for capital expenditure replacements and assist in ordering equipment for stores.
· Analyze work order trends, repeat failures, and cost drivers.
· Assist in training and support Level I Coordinators.
· Contribute to support process improvements, issue list updates, and workflow improvements to align with business needs.
· Required High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certifications preferred
· 2-4 years of facilities, dispatch, service coordinator, or related experience.
· Strong understanding of service trades (Refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc)
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills, and ability to work on cross-functional teams
· Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and general administration
· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS platforms
· Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
