These remote positions offer opportunities to contribute to the evolving landscape of Web3 and DeFi. **1. Head of DeFi** The Head of DeFi will lead SVH’s decentralized finance strategy. Responsibilities include shaping and executing SVH’s DeFi roadmap, monitoring trends across DeFi, L2s, staking and yield strategies, building relationships with DeFi protocols, DAOs and liquidity providers, analyzing performance and risk across protocols, collaborating with other teams to support incubated projects, and representing SVH in public forums and protocol communities. This role requires a deep understanding of DeFi mechanisms, smart contracts and governance. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in crypto/DeFi roles, strong analytical skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management, and be comfortable working in a proactive, fast-paced environment. This position is a Full Time Contractor and is located in Lisbon, Portugal (Remote). **2. Business Development Manager** The Business Development Manager will focus on growing SVH’s Treasury Management arm. This role involves building partnerships within the Web3 ecosystem, sourcing new crypto treasury opportunities, understanding how Web3 teams manage capital, supporting onboarding and ongoing management of treasury mandates, and representing SVH at Web3 events. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, partnerships, or ecosystem roles within crypto or Web3, a solid understanding of crypto treasury basics, and strong communication skills. This is a contractor position based in Geneva (Remote). **3. Token Utility Expert** The Token Utility Expert will be responsible for owning the strategy and execution around driving meaningful utility for tokens across the SVH ecosystem and incubated ventures. Responsibilities include developing and implementing token utility frameworks, collaborating with other teams, crafting tailored token use-cases, monitoring adoption metrics, contributing to token economy modeling, ensuring regulatory alignment, and staying ahead of trends across Web3. Candidates should possess a deep knowledge of token design, incentive structures and real-world utility case studies. The role requires 3–5 years experience in token utility, tokenomics or product roles in Web3 environments, strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, and an analytical mindset.
