Head of DeFi leads SVH’s decentralized finance strategy, overseeing protocol partnerships, liquidity programs and DeFi-native product development.

Responsibilities:

• Shape and execute SVH’s DeFi roadmap.
• Monitor trends across DeFi, L2s, staking and yield strategies.
• Build relationships with DeFi protocols, DAOs and liquidity providers.
• Analyze performance and risk across protocols, recommend adjustments.
• Collaborate with Tokenomics, Product and BD teams to support incubated projects.
• Represent SVH in public forums and protocol communities.

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of DeFi mechanisms, smart contracts and governance.
• 5+ years of experience in crypto/DeFi roles.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with on-chain data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Culture fit: proactive, fast-paced, thrives in ambiguity.
• Remote: Comfortable working async with global teams, self-directed.
