The role requires the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and provide customer service. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds. * **Gate Attendant (Part Time):** The Gate Attendant provides customer service. Key responsibilities include reporting suspicious behavior, identifying vehicles, assisting residents in emergency situations, keeping a log of all activities, notifying residents of guest arrivals, and working as a team.
