About this role

  • Provide friendly, professional, and personable customer service.
  • Report any type of suspicious behavior to the office or notify the police, if necessary.
  • Gate personnel will remain alert at all times, ensure that all vehicles entering the property are identified as residents or bonafide guests or vendors.
  • Assist residents in emergency situations.
  • Keep a log of all activities and provide the same daily to the Community Association Manager.  See the Gate Manual for more details.
  • Notify residents when guests arrive, issue guest parking passes, with dates and unit number clearly identified.
  • Work as a team with the Concierge, Property Manager, Maintenance Team, Gate Supervisor, etc.
  • Safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with RPM’s internal procedures and policies as well as all related employee handbooks and training/safety manuals.
  • This is a summary of the requirements, essential functions, and duties of the position.  Other duties may be assigned, when necessary, by the Board of Directors, Property Manager, or Gate Supervisor.
