About this role
- Provide friendly, professional, and personable customer service.
- Report any type of suspicious behavior to the office or notify the police, if necessary.
- Gate personnel will remain alert at all times, ensure that all vehicles entering the property are identified as residents or bonafide guests or vendors.
- Assist residents in emergency situations.
- Keep a log of all activities and provide the same daily to the Community Association Manager. See the Gate Manual for more details.
- Notify residents when guests arrive, issue guest parking passes, with dates and unit number clearly identified.
- Work as a team with the Concierge, Property Manager, Maintenance Team, Gate Supervisor, etc.
- Safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with RPM’s internal procedures and policies as well as all related employee handbooks and training/safety manuals.

- The Gate Attendant is responsible for providing friendly customer service and ensuring the safety of the property by monitoring vehicles and reporting suspicious behavior. They will assist residents in emergencies and maintain a log of activities for the Community Association Manager.
