Reach Community Development is seeking talented individuals for the following on-site positions: * **Assistant Portfolio Manager:** This position is located on-site and reports to the Portfolio Manager. The Assistant Portfolio Manager will support the Portfolio Management team and the Department Director. This role manages key operational procedures, policies, training and databases related to, rental appeals, lease enforcement, reasonable accommodations, document controls, rent changes, and staff development and screening criteria. The position requires working on-site for 32 hours a week and allows for flexible 8 hours. * **Maintenance Technician - Albina Corner & Allen Fremont Plaza:** This non-exempt position reports to the Community Manager. The responsibilities include completing maintenance and repair projects as assigned, providing work direction to temporary maintenance staff, and performing unit turnover preparation. The position is on-site. * **Assistant Community Manager - Westshore/Prescott:** This on-site position supports property management staff, including leasing, collections, reporting, and property operations. This role provides the opportunity to engage in the operations of the property, preparing for career advancement in the property management industry. This position requires LIHTC experience. The position allows for 32 hours a week on-site and 8 hours of flexible work. Reach Community Development utilizes several technologies and skills in their property management roles: * **Assistant Portfolio Manager:** This role utilizes Property Management, Affordable Housing, Microsoft Office, communication skills, organizational skills, customer service, team collaboration, data management, training development, regulatory compliance, technical support, cultural humility, attention to detail, problem-solving, report preparation, and software proficiency. * **Maintenance Technician:** The role involves Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, General Repair, Maintenance, Record Keeping, Emergency Response, Property Inspections, Scheduling, cultural humility, attendance, hand tools, power tools, building codes, and Microsoft Office. * **Assistant Community Manager:** This role utilizes Leasing, Collections, Reporting, property operations, LIHTC experience, tenant selection, screening criteria, tenant lifecycle management, cultural humility, communication skills, office procedures, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook. All three positions are on-site. The Assistant Portfolio Manager and the Assistant Community Manager are offered flexible work hours.
