Leah is currently hiring for three distinct positions: 1. **DevOps Team Lead:** This hybrid role is located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a DevOps Team Lead, you will lead a team of DevOps and Azure engineers. You will address technical challenges, review infrastructure, create and manage infrastructure, and build CI/CD frameworks in an Azure and Hybrid environment. Key responsibilities also include identifying and implementing automation tools and processes, driving the adoption of standardized processes, and collaborating with development teams. This role requires 8+ years of experience in DevOps and at least 2 years in a DevOps Team Lead role. 2. **Enterprise Sales (B2B):** This full-time, remote position is for an Enterprise Sales professional. The primary focus of this role is on acquiring new enterprise customers and driving net-new ARR for Leah's Agentic solutions. Responsibilities include building a pipeline, leading complex sales cycles, and owning deal strategy. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B technology sales and a proven track record of new logo wins. 3. **Sales Development Representative:** Located in New York, New York, this hybrid, full-time role is an entry-level position in the Sales department. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will identify and engage key decision-makers at Fortune 1000 companies. This role involves prospecting, generating qualified meetings, and crafting personalized outreach. The role includes a base salary of $66,000 per year plus a $20,000 bonus.
