THE OPPORTUNITY

Leah is hiring a senior enterprise new-logo sales professional to drive net-new ARR for its Agentic solutions.

Role will be focused on acquiring enterprise customers through direct selling and partner co-selling, managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.


Core Expectations

  • Focus on new logos and new ARR from regions assigned
  • Individual contributor role initially, with scope to build or lead teams over time
  • Consistently outperform sales targets by leveraging Leah’s industry-leading AI technology and strong market demand to drive revenue growth.


WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Direct - Enterprise New Logo Sales

  • Own end-to-end new customer acquisition in the assigned region
  • Build, qualify, and close a robust net-new enterprise pipeline
  • Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders across business, technology, and risk functions
  • Drive value-based conversations focused on transformation, automation, governance, and ROI
  • Own deal strategy, commercial negotiations, forecasting, and closure discipline
  • Build strategic relationships. Become a trusted advisor to the legal industry,

 
2. Partner & Co-Sell Motions

  • Work with Big 4 partner and help identify ecosystem players on new logo opportunities
  • Execute joint account planning and co-selling motions
  • Support partner-sourced deals through qualification, positioning, and closure
  • Contribute to building a repeatable partner-led new-logo motion

 
3. Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with pre-sales, product specialists, and marketing on enterprise pursuits
  • Collaborate with other sales leaders for multi-region or strategic /existing clients opportunities
  • Provide feedback on product-market fit, buyer objections, and GTM effectiveness


WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B technology sales
  • Proven hunter track record with consistent new logo wins
  • Experience selling complex, consultative, platform-based solutions
  • Exposure to Procurement, CLM, enterprise platforms, automation, or AI-led solutions preferred
  • Experience in partner-led and co-sell sales environments

 
Qualitative Attributes

  • Strong stakeholder management skills across CXO, VP, and functional leaders
  • High entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable operating in ambiguity and building GTM motion
  • Hands-on individual contributor who can open doors, run deals, and close independently
  • Ability to articulate value, not features, especially for emerging categories like Agentic AI
  • High ownership, accountability, and execution rigor.
