As a member of our high-performing SDR team, you will be the face of Leah, directly impacting our business growth by identifying and engaging key decision-makers at Fortune 1000 companies. What You Will Do
- Be the Face of Leah: Act as the first point of contact to engage potential customers and effectively share our mission of elevating human judgment through AI.
- Strategic Prospecting: Use all available channels (Phone, Email, Social) to identify and contact key decision-makers in Fortune 1000 companies.
- Pipeline Generation: Convert inbound leads and targeted outbound prospecting into qualified meetings and opportunities for our Account Executives.
- Master the Message: Develop a deep expertise in Agentic CLM and confidently educate Executives on how Leah brings value to their specific business.
- Personalized Outreach: Craft and deliver world-class cold calls and highly personalized email campaigns to engage high-potential market segments.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Coordinate closely with Sales and Marketing to prioritize target accounts and execute data-driven demand generation campaigns.
- Exceed Ambitious KPIs: Achieve and exceed daily activity metrics and monthly pipeline targets while documenting all interactions accurately in Salesforce.
- Strategic Growth: Collaborate with your manager to set monthly OKRs and build clear action plans to move up within our growing organization.
What You Will Need
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: 1–5 years of professional sales experience is preferred, but we welcome high-potential candidates looking to start their tech career.
- Resilience: The determination to turn a “no” into a “yes” through strategic objection handling and consultative questioning.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; you must be a good listener and an even better communicator.
- Mindset: A competitive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude with a strong desire to make a true impact.
- Organization: Exceptional time-management skills and the ability to thrive in a high-energy team selling environment.
