KSR has three open positions: * **Product Engineer - Opava, Czechia:** This on-site role focuses on conceptual design, ergonomics, aesthetics, and user experience for automotive components such as pedal systems, sensors, and electronic throttle controls. The role requires strong design skills, an understanding of manufacturing feasibility, and the ability to translate user needs and brand identity into product designs. Responsibilities include developing design concepts, creating CAD models, and collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and styling teams. Fluency in German is required. The job profile requires a University or College Engineering Degree, Technician and/or Technologist Diploma, or equivalent experience in Automotive Product Design, along with 3+ years of experience in product design, preferably in the automotive industry. English and German are required, with Spanish, Czech, and Mandarin as beneficial languages. The candidate needs CAD software skills, specifically Catia V5/V6 and/or NX CAD Software, and TCE (Team Center Engineering) preferred. Physical abilities include occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs and performing tasks requiring prolonged periods of sitting, standing, or walking. The Product Engineer will work in the areas of conceptual design, ergonomics, aesthetics, user experience, CAD modeling, manufacturing feasibility, and automotive components, performing design concepts. * **PRODUCTION - MILLWRIGHT,LICENCED:** This on-site position requires a Certification of Qualifications as a Maintenance Mechanic (Millwright). The position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor. It requires 3 years of previous experience in an industrial environment and knowledge of plant layout, production procedures and processes/products. The Millwright must ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act. They will read blueprints, install and maintain machinery, operate lifting devices, and perform welding and fabrication. They are also responsible for quality standards and maintaining preventative maintenance programs. * **MATERIALS - SHIPPING COORDINATOR:** This on-site role involves ensuring accurate and timely shipments. Responsibilities include supervising shipping personnel, maintaining a clean environment using the 5S Program, managing customer releases and systems, and coordinating trucking companies. The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for creating barcodes, preparing shipping documents, sending ASNs, processing sales batches, and managing supplies. The roles utilize several technologies. The Product Engineer role requires skills in Conceptual Design, Ergonomics, Aesthetics, User Experience, CAD Modeling, and Manufacturing Feasibility, along with the use of CAD software such as Catia V5/V6 and/or NX CAD Software, and Team Center Engineering. The Millwright position will require skills in operating and using power tools. The Shipping Coordinator role involves Barcode Creation and Data Processing.
