Applicants must have a current, unencumbered State of Kansas LPN licensure, BLS for Healthcare Providers certification, and current vaccination records. Five or more years of experience in a Family Practice or Behavioral Health setting and bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are preferred. This is an on-site position. * **Clinic Nurse LPN:** The Clinic Nurse will conduct patient assessments, administer treatment and medications, perform diagnostic tests, and arrange patient follow-up. This position requires an accredited school of nursing graduate with current, unencumbered State of Kansas LPN licensure or temporary permit to practice. CPR certification is required or must be obtained within 90 days. A minimum of one year of primary care setting experience is preferred. FQHC experience and bilingual skills (Spanish) are also preferred. Current vaccination records meeting ACIP Healthcare Workers Recommendations are required. This is an on-site position.
