IRONTON AND LAWRENCE COUNTY AREA COMMUNITY is seeking qualified candidates for the following roles: * **Behavioral Health Counselor:** This on-site position involves providing comprehensive mental and behavioral health services to patients and their families. The counselor will offer support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. Through assessments, therapeutic interventions, and case management, the counselor will help individuals achieve personal growth and emotional wellness. Qualifications include a degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; one-year minimum experience providing mental health counseling; and one of the following licenses: BSW, MSW, LSW, LISW, LISW-S, LPC, LPCC, or LPCC-S. * **Teacher-Early Head Start (Center-Based):** This on-site role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating educational environment for infants and toddlers (ages 0–3). The teacher is responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote social-emotional growth and support school readiness, following Early Head Start Performance Standards. The teacher also manages classroom operations and maintains active supervision. Qualifications include an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, child development, or a related field (Bachelor's or Master's preferred). Experience working with children under the age of 5 years is required, as well as strong computer skills, including familiarity with data management and reporting systems. Additionally, the ability to conduct home visits, including reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, is required. * **Assistant Teacher:** This on-site position supports the early learning environment by assisting teachers and bus drivers to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging experience for children. The Assistant Teacher will support classroom and transportation needs, provide individualized care, and help children meet developmental milestones in accordance with Head Start standards. A High School Diploma is required. No prior experience is required, as training is provided. Candidates must begin the Child Development Associate (CDA) credentialing process within one year of hire.
