Job Overview
The Assistant Teacher plays a vital role in supporting the early learning environment by assisting teachers and bus drivers to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging experience for children. This position supports both classroom and transportation needs, provides individualized care, and helps children meet developmental milestones in accordance with Head Start standards. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality early childhood education, promoting school readiness, and fostering positive family relationships.

- No prior experience required; training provided
- Certifications
- Must begin the Child Development Associate (CDA) credentialing process within one year of hire
