This position is on-site. **Director- Operations:** IKS Health is seeking a Director of Operations to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess US Healthcare experience and strong leadership skills. The role requires a graduate with 13+ years of experience, with a minimum of 8+ years in US Healthcare, preferably on the provider side. Experience in Prior Authorization is required. The Director will lead and manage teams of 50+ people, overseeing operations management, P&L management, client management, and people management. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory. The location is Navi Mumbai (Airoli). The position involves financial responsibilities, including achieving profitability targets, ensuring timely invoice preparation, and managing contracts. This position is on-site.
