About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end to end procurement of IT hardware, software licenses, cloud subscriptions, and IT services.
- Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost optimization while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of IT assets and services.
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Operations teams to align procurement with business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, purchase orders, and procurement dashboards.
- Track renewals of software licenses, AMC contracts, and subscriptions.
- Support budget planning and forecasting for IT procurement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, IT, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in IT procurement, vendor management, or supply chain.
- Strong knowledge of IT products, software licensing models, and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, ERP tools (SAP/Oracle), and procurement systems.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
