The Lead Affiliate Manager will recruit and manage affiliate partners, manage traffic caps and payouts, and work with the Creative Studio and Growth Ops teams. Candidates must possess 5+ years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing and partner management within a high-risk B2C environment, such as iGaming. The position offers a competitive base salary, a transparent performance bonus structure, and the potential for equity/options after 6 months based on measurable results. **Recruitment Lead:** This hybrid position (in Warsaw) or fully remote (from Europe) role involves defining and driving global hiring strategy and managing a high-performing recruitment team.
