We are looking for a Senior/Lead Affiliate marketing expert who combines strong performance focus with a quality-first mindset. Role is based in Cyprus, Limassol (relocation support is provided by the company).

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates and networks, maintaining a clean and high-quality partner pipeline
• Own affiliate performance: manage traffic caps, payouts, fraud prevention, and compliance monitoring
• Run weekly routines: launch new landing pages, creative packs, and deliver regular updates and performance reports
• Coordinate with the Funnels team to provide necessary landing page assets and updates
• Work closely with the Creative Studio to develop and ship high-converting partner materials
• Collaborate with Growth Ops to ensure accurate tracking, proper postback setup, and clean attribution

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing and partner management within high-risk B2C environment (iGaming/adult/dating subscription services)
• Proven ability to negotiate, close, and nurture high-performing affiliate relationships
• Strong operational mindset with a focus on fraud detection and compliance discipline
• High tempo and organizational skills; thrives in startup and fast-paced environments
• Proven track record of delivering net affiliate profit and consistent growth across partner networks
• Ability to activate partners quickly and convert sign-ups into live traffic senders
• Strong understanding of traffic quality metrics, including fraud flagging and retention behavior
• Consistent in execution — delivers weekly launches, partner updates, and routine communication without delays
• English language - fluent
