The SLP will provide speech and language therapy to residents in a Continuing Care Retirement Community in North Manchester, Indiana. This part-time role offers a competitive hourly rate for approximately 20 hours per week, ideally Monday through Friday, with PRN (as-needed) opportunities also available. Applicants must have a Master’s Degree in speech-language pathology, pass the Praxis II: Subject Assessment in Speech-Language Pathology exam, and fulfill Indiana's licensure requirements. * **Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) - Full Time:** This on-site position requires an active Michigan Physical Therapist license or the qualifications to earn one. The Physical Therapist will be based in Grand Rapids, Michigan and serve two retirement communities providing a full continuum of care including independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, progress notes, recerts, discharges and providing treatments on patients. This full-time position is for 30 – 40 hours per week and includes compensated mileage and drive time. PRN opportunities are also available. * **Occupational Therapist - PRN:** HTS is seeking an Occupational Therapist on a PRN (as-needed) basis for a senior living facility in North Manchester, Indiana. The OT will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with healthcare workers. Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapy license or the qualifications to earn one. New graduates are welcome to apply. Additional PRN needs are occasionally available at the Goshen and South Bend locations.
