HTS is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our therapy team serving two welcoming retirement communities in Grand Rapids, Michigan. These beautiful communities provide a full continuum of care including independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The PT will conduct evaluations, progress notes, recerts and discharges and provide treatments on patients at both facilities.
· One community, located near Cascade and Ada, also offers respite care.
· The other, nestled in the vibrant Eastown neighborhood, features skilled nursing and proudly holds a 5-Star Rating from CMS.
This is a full-time position at 30 – 40 hours per week. Includes compensated mileage and drive time for travel between the two facilities. We offer a competitive hourly rate and comprehensive benefits package,

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Michigan Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Michigan license. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
