Description
HTS is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team on a PRN, as needed basis at a senior living facility in North Manchester, Indiana. As a PRN OT, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients on an as needed basis. You will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare workers to develop individualized treatment plans that improve quality of life. A mixture of weekday and weekend availability is preferred.

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapy license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam.
