Strong CRM, coaching, and negotiation skills are also required. * **Parts Advisor:** This on-site position involves working with Field Service Technicians and Advisors to order and facilitate parts delivery and assisting with general parts warehouse duties. Primary responsibilities include assisting customers with identifying and procuring parts, inventory control, completing work requests, researching and ordering parts, receiving, stocking, and fulfilling orders. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience and proficiency with online parts catalog systems and Microsoft Office.
