The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in program and project management within government, defense, or regulated contract environments. The ideal candidate will have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or the ability to obtain one within a defined period. * **Proposal Coordinator:** The Proposal & Business Development Coordinator supports Flatter’s integrated growth engine across business development, capture, and proposal operations. The coordinator partners with BD, Capture, Proposal Management, SMEs, and corporate leadership. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of experience in government contracting, BD, marketing, or proposal coordination. * **Human Resource Manager:** The Human Resource Manager serves as the primary Human Resources professional for the organization and is responsible for managing HR functions. This role partners closely with executive leadership to support business objectives while ensuring compliance with employment laws, effective people operations, and a positive employee experience. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years HR management experience in government contracting. SHRM Certification or HRCI Certification is also required.
