Summary/Objective?
This role provides leadership and oversight in support of Flatter, Inc.’s federal government contracts, ensuring compliance, performance excellence, and mission success for U.S. Government customers. The Human Resources Manager serves as the primary Human Resources professional for the organization and is responsible for managing HR functions on a professional level. This role partners closely with executive leadership to support business objectives while ensuring compliance with employment laws, effective people operations, and a positive employee experience.

Work Environment:
??This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.?
Physical Demands:
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool, as necessary.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
?This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.?Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.?
Travel:
Travel may be required for corporate offsites, corporate events, conferences, or other required activities.
