EnerStar Solutions is currently hiring for three on-site, full-time positions: The Communications Field Supervisor, based in Bellaire, Ohio, will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of communication systems. The role involves providing technical leadership, dispatching technicians, offering field support, and training. This is a commission-based role with travel as needed. The Power Gen Service Technician, located in Fairview, Montana, is responsible for maintaining and repairing generators, light towers, and power distribution systems. This on-site position involves overseeing preventive maintenance, performing emergency repairs, and troubleshooting. The technician will provide daily direction to technicians and ensure efficient workflow. Candidates need a minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Generator Mechanic or Power Generation Technician, and 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience is preferred. The compensation for this role is between $23 to $25 per hour.
