A current BLS certification is also required. * **Director of Nursing - DON:** This is an on-site, full-time role. The Director of Nursing will oversee nursing staff, develop policies and procedures, conduct staff evaluations, monitor patient care, and ensure regulatory compliance. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in nursing, a current state license as a Registered Nurse, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in geriatric, long-term care, and/or psychiatric nursing.
