Your day as a Director of Nursing - DON

What we're looking for in a Director of Nursing - DON
To excel as the Director of Nursing (DON) at Christian Care Centers- Mesquite, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing.
- A current state license as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in geriatric, long-term care, and/or psychiatric nursing.
- Specialized expertise in palliation and end-of-life care preferred.
- 5 years of experience supervising staff in long-term care or healthcare settings
- Basic computer skills, and the ability to ensure punctuality and reliable transportation.
