Charlotte Country Club is currently hiring for the following on-site positions: * **Summer Camp Director (Internship):** This internship involves leading and supervising Summer Camp Counselors while ensuring a fun, safe, and engaging environment for all campers. Responsibilities include overseeing camper well-being, delivering age-appropriate activities, and ensuring daily operations follow the Camp CCC schedule. This is a CMAA Verified Internship Program (VIP) and a seasonal role ranging from mid-May to August 10th, requiring availability for 40 hours a week, Monday–Thursday, with one additional weekend workday. The role includes rotational exposure to other areas of club management and involves assisting with camp billing, managing reservation and registration emails, and serving as the primary point of contact for parents. * **Second Assistant Golf Professional:** This role is responsible for ensuring and enhancing first-class customer service at all times to Members and their guests. The Second Assistant Golf Professional (2nd AGP) will support day-to-day operations including tee time reservations, golf shop, golf clinics, Member tournaments, outside operations, and programs. * **Youth Activities Summer Internship:** The Youth Activities Intern will work with the Director of Youth Activities, the Youth Activities Manager, & Youth Activities Counselor Team, supporting various tasks related to youth programming at the Club. This includes, but is not limited to, assisting with event set-up, implementation, and clean-up; supporting weekly summer camp and swim team operations; and providing childcare services in our state-of-the-art facility "The Treehouse." The internship is a seasonal, non-exempt position starting mid-May and expected to continue through August 10th, with the possibility of continued employment. Youth Activities Interns generally work five days a week, with flexible scheduling Monday through Sunday. Charlotte Country Club was founded in 1910 and is located four miles east of uptown Charlotte, in the historic Plaza-Midwood neighborhood.
