The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. The role includes providing day-to-day general administrative support, ensuring the office runs efficiently, guiding and training the office team, following up on production and sample requests, ensuring proper staffing, working with customers to achieve customer service, minimizing out-of-stock, and working with the Plant Manager. Specific responsibilities include reviewing orders, data entry into JustFoods ERP, handling inquiries, basic administrative duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing, sorting and inputting vendor invoices, assisting in the coordination of customer accounts, and acting as backup for the Customer Service/ Order Desk team. The hourly rate for this full-time role is $21.00.
