Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and 2-3 years’ previous leadership experience working in a healthcare or behavioral healthcare related field preferred. 1-2 years’ previous management or supervisory experience is also preferred. **Direct Support Professional:** Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and mental health challenges. Responsibilities include providing support and care, fostering a safe environment, meal preparation and housekeeping, transportation and advocacy, medication administration, and supervising daily activities. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and a compassionate demeanor when working with individuals who have mental illness and co-occurring disorders. No experience is required, and training is provided. **Care Team Manager:** This on-site role requires the employee to be compliant with company and regulatory policies and procedures. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of college coursework in business, social science, or a related human service discipline strongly preferred, with a high school diploma or GED required. Experience working in a healthcare or behavioral healthcare related field is preferred, as is experience with management and supervision. **Day Program Professional (IDD):** Day Program Professionals support individuals with intellectual disabilities. Responsibilities include leading structured activities, providing direct coaching, ensuring health and safety, supporting personal care needs, administering medications (after training), completing documentation, practicing crisis prevention, promoting inclusion, providing safe transportation, and supervising participants. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. **Day Program Professional/ Art Instructor:** Day Program Professionals/Art Instructors will follow established procedures to ensure quality services are provided, support an environment for productive lifestyles, attend staff meetings, provide personal care, follow the daily activity schedule, and provide transportation using a company vehicle. Applicants are required to have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid Pennsylvania driver's license. **Direct Support Professional - Full-Time:** Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and mental health challenges. Responsibilities include providing support and care, fostering a safe environment, meal preparation and housekeeping, transportation and advocacy, medication administration, and supervising daily activities.
