About this role

Position Summary:
The Power BI Developer will support enterprise reporting and analytics across clinical, operational, and administrative systems. This role is responsible for developing Power BI dashboards, KPIs, and reports that are accurate, trusted, and actively used by leadership and operational teams across multiple states.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Always be compliant with all company and regulatory policies and procedures.
Power BI Reporting & Dashboards
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for executive, operational, and departmental use
• Develop KPI-driven visualizations that clearly communicate performance, trends, and exceptions
• Ensure dashboards are intuitive, consistent, and aligned to Beacon standards
• Optimize reports and datasets for performance, reliability, and usability

Data Modeling, Validation & QA
• Review and partner with data engineers to maintain Power BI semantic (Tabular) models
• Develop and optimize DAX measures supporting enterprise KPIs
• Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Reconcile data across source systems and investigate discrepancies
• Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and role-based access controls

Reporting and analytics will support the following areas:
• Applicant Tracking (ATS) – recruiting pipeline, time-to-fill, source effectiveness
• CRM – referrals, pipeline, conversions, admissions
• HRIS – turnover, retention, staffing ratios, training compliance
• EHR – census, occupancy, LOA, incidents, clinical documentation
• eMAR – medication pass rates, refusals, errors, compliance
• Performance Management – KPI scorecards and trend analysis
• Facility Management – maintenance requests, SLAs, asset tracking

Education and Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience developing dashboards and reports in Fabric / Power BI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in DAX and Power BI data modeling.
• Experience performing data validation, QA, and reconciliation.
• Experience partnering with business owners on KPI definition and governance.

Job duties will be performed remotely.
