Experience in the Financial Services industry is highly desirable, with 10+ years of professional software development experience. * **Client Onboarding Specialist:** This hybrid position focuses on assisting with client onboarding under the direction of the Platform Delivery Team lead. Responsibilities include analyzing client data, preparing data imports, and ensuring client adoption of new setups. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Testing within financial services, with strong exposure to unit testing and automation frameworks. * **Business Analyst:** Alter Domus is seeking a Business Analyst for their VBO team in Hyderabad, where the candidate will help build the next generation of fund administration software. The candidate will apply their fund accounting expertise, work with the technology team to resolve issues, and lead new business requirements. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and at least 7 years of fund administration experience. * **Head of Compliance Jersey & FC Monitoring:** This hybrid position requires a skilled compliance professional to serve as Compliance Officer, Money Laundering Reporting Officer, and Money Laundering Compliance Officer for Alter Domus Jersey entities. The role reports to the Group Head of Financial Crime and the local Board of Directors. The candidate is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, including regular risk assessments and reporting to the Jersey Board. Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of Jersey's regulatory and AML framework, and 5+ years of experience in the roles of CO, MLRO, or MLCO for a Regulated Business in Jersey. * **Sales Operations Officer:** This hybrid role involves pre-sales activities, data analysis, and reporting. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, white space analysis, and providing commercial reports.
