This position also requires DOT compliance and pre and post trip inspections. * **Purchasing/Shipping Coordinator:** This on-site role focuses on supporting purchasing, receiving, inventory control, and outbound shipping operations for the manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include coordinating material orders, communicating with vendors, tracking inventory, preparing shipments, and collaborating with various teams to ensure materials are job-ready. * **Production Coordinator:** This on-site position involves planning, coordinating, and tracking all production activities within the sign manufacturing shop. The Production Coordinator manages the master production schedule, drives adoption and accuracy of AlliedGO, and identifies risks. Key responsibilities include production scheduling, system management using AlliedGO, leading meetings, communication, and floor presence to identify bottlenecks. The roles at Allied Signs require experience with several technologies and tools: * **Install Lead - CDL A or B:** CDL, Sign Installation, Welding, Electrical Repair, Heavy Equipment Operation, Cranes, Aerial Lifts, Power Tools, Hand Tools, Measurement Devices, DOT Compliance. * **Purchasing/Shipping Coordinator:** Purchasing, Inventory Control, Shipping, Logistics, ERP Systems, Forklift Operation * **Production Coordinator:** Production Scheduling, ERP systems, AlliedGO All three positions are on-site. The Install Lead role will involve local routes with occasional overnight travel. The Production Coordinator role is a full-time position with a schedule of 7:00 am - 4:00 pm.
