The Professor is responsible for facilitating and guiding learning and providing an effective learning environment for all students. This in-person, on-campus teaching position requires flexibility to teach during the day, Monday to Friday. The applicant must have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and Minimum five (5) years of hands-on industry experience in networking, routing and switching, networking technologies, automation and operating systems (Windows and Linux); Cisco Certified Academy Instructor (CCAI) certification is required. * **Part-time Dental Technologist (casual) Applied Health:** This on-site, part-time support position in the Allied Health department offers a salary range of $38.09-$44.14 hourly. The role requires 1 scheduled weekly hour, with an anticipated start date of February 02, 2026. The position is a casual role and has a "n/a" contract length. The closing date for applications is January 29, 2026. The incumbent provides technical expertise and performs a variety of tasks necessary to support Dental Programs. Duties will include the responsibility for individualized assistance to students, administering tests and skills assessments, assisting in evaluations, planning and conducting skill demonstrations. Required qualifications include a minimum two (2) year Diploma/Degree in a related field of study for a specific program and/or possess relevant trade certification/licensing (Registered Dental Hygienist in good standing with College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO) with authorization to self-initiate), Healing Arts Radiation Protection Act (HARP) Certified, and a current certificate in CPR-C/HCP and First Aid. The position requires regular on-site work at Algonquin College’s Woodroffe (Ottawa) Campus.
