At Garden Oaks Veterinary Center, we’re proud to provide compassionate, high-quality care to pets and the people who love them. Our team is collaborative, supportive, and focused on creating a positive experience for both clients and staff. As we continue to grow in our newly expanded 5,500 sq. ft. facility, we’re looking for a Veterinary Technician who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Veterinary Technician experience preferred (2+ years ideal)
- LVT preferred but not required
- Comfortable with:
- Blood draws and catheter placement
- Anesthesia monitoring
- Surgical assistance
- Radiographs and patient care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Positive attitude with a patient-focused approach
Responsibilities
- Assist doctors with appointments, treatments, and procedures
- Support surgical and dental procedures
- Monitor anesthesia and patient recovery
- Collect samples and perform routine technical duties
- Educate clients on treatments, medications, and discharge instructions
- Help maintain efficient workflow and excellent patient care standards
