What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day Support)
- Personalized Care: Assist seniors with daily living activities (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Companionship & Engagement: Brighten their day with meaningful conversation, activities, and genuine connection.
- Daily Living Support: Assist with safe transfers, prepare nutritious meals, and handle light housekeeping.
- Medication Reminders: Provide timely reminders and assist with medications to ensure peace of mind.
Who Thrives in This Role
- Experience: 1+ years of caregiving experience is preferred (experience with dementia care is a big plus!).
- Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and auto insurance to assist with local client needs.
- Skills: Excellent communication, strong customer service, and a reliable work ethic.
- Qualities: Compassionate, patient, and genuinely dedicated to elevating the human spirit.
- Growth Mindset: Willingness to participate in company-provided training.
