Location: Pottsville, PA

What You'll Do
• Manage caregiver schedules to ensure clients receive reliable care
• Assist clients and families with service requests and questions
• Coordinate daily office operations and care updates
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Work closely with caregivers to provide excellent customer service

What We're Looking For
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Comfortable using computers, email, and scheduling systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous office, customer service, or healthcare experience is helpful but not required
