- Serve as a reliable link between clients, families, caregivers, and office teams
- Manage and adjust caregiver schedules based on client needs and updates
- Help prepare and organize new client service setups from start to implementation
- Ensure timely communication across all parties to maintain service continuity
- Keep documentation, records, and care notes accurate and properly updated
- Address scheduling conflicts and service concerns with efficiency and care
- Work alongside staff to support daily operations and coordination flow
- Engage in outreach efforts to support community presence and caregiver connections
- Participate in planning discussions to improve service delivery and processes
- Provide general administrative and coordination support as needed
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Highly organized with the ability to manage shifting priorities
- Comfortable using basic computer tools and office systems
- Calm and solution-focused when handling concerns or changes
- Dependable, professional, and attentive to detail
