Full-Time Day Shift | Hands-On Care | Fort Worth, TX 76107
Comfort Keepers is looking for an experienced and dependable full-time caregiver to provide one-on-one in-home care for a client in the Fort Worth 76107 area. This position is best suited for a caregiver who is confident assisting with mobility, transfers, and daily personal care while maintaining a strong focus on safety.
The ideal candidate is physically capable, attentive, and comfortable working a longer day shift while following the client’s individualized care plan.
Pay & Benefits
- $15.50–$17.00 per hour based on experience and CNA certification

Care Responsibilities
The caregiver will provide hands-on assistance while helping the client remain safe and as independent as possible. Responsibilities include:
- Providing standby assistance with ambulation
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other ADLs
- Supporting meal preparation and meal assistance
- Assisting with transfers and safely supporting the client’s weight
- Using a gait belt during transfers and mobility assistance
- Operating a sit-to-stand device safely and appropriately
- Monitoring the client for fall risks
- Maintaining a safe and organized environment
- Following all instructions outlined in the client’s Plan of Care
- Providing companionship and positive engagement
- Communicating any changes, concerns, or safety issues to the care team
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of professional senior caregiving experience
- Strong hands-on experience with transfers and mobility assistance required
- Experience using gait belts required
- Experience with sit-to-stand devices required
- CNA certification preferred but not required
- Physically able to assist with client mobility and transfers
- Able to remain attentive and provide safe care during extended shifts
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
- Compassionate, dependable, and safety-conscious
- Able to follow a client’s individualized Plan of Care
- Willingness to complete required company training
