A patient’s family is seeking a caregiver for a female patient who has expressed a preference for a same-sex caregiver for personal care services. Patient is an elderly lady who suffers from mild dementia.
Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 3 days per week
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 3 days per week
- start at 8:00 am to 11:00 am
- total 9 hours per week.
- Depends on the need of the patient, it may extend to 4 days
Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Location: Stouffville Road & Leslie Street
What we are looking for:
- A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Certified PSW or relevant experience in caregiving
What you will be doing:
- Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
- Provide assistance with personal care.
- Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.
- Properly manage household needs.
Salary Range:
- $20 per hour
