JOB OVERVIEW
COLORS has built a platform that creates a vibrant space for creatives to share their art. We're seeking a Social Media Manager (m/f/x) to support the strategy and execution of our digital channels, helping to grow our audience, strengthen artist engagement, and ensure a consistent and impactful presence across our social platforms.
Working closely with the Artist Relations, Content, and Marketing teams, you'll manage day-to-day social media activity, contribute to campaign planning, analyze performance, and help create meaningful connections between artists and our global community.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Support the development and execution of the social media strategy across all COLORS channels, ensuring consistency, audience growth, and engagement.
- Own the day-to-day management of social media platforms, including publishing, community management, campaign execution, and content scheduling.
- Collaborate with Content, Marketing, and Artist Relations teams to ensure social campaigns align with artist releases and business priorities.
- Help monitor platform trends, audience behaviour, and cultural moments to identify opportunities for engaging content.
- Track social media performance and contribute to monthly reporting by providing insights and recommendations based on key metrics.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to optimize content performance and community engagement.
- Help maintain and strengthen relationships with platform partners and stay informed about new platform features and best practices.
- Support artist-facing initiatives by coordinating social promotion and ensuring smooth communication around releases and campaigns.
- Gather audience and artist feedback and share insights with internal teams to improve engagement and future campaigns.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members where appropriate and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2–5 years of experience in social media management or a similar role, with experience growing audiences and delivering successful social campaigns.
- Experience working in music, entertainment, media, or a creator-focused environment.
- Very good understanding of major social platforms, their audiences, content formats, and emerging trends.
- Experience managing content calendars, campaign execution, and community engagement.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confidence using analytics tools to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Interest in music, culture, and the creator economy, with an understanding of the COLORS brand and audience.
- Existing relationships with social platform representatives (Meta, TikTok, etc.) are a plus but not essential.
